Here are just a few of Arlene’s many accomplishments:
- Graduate of University of North Carolina at Asheville
- President & Senior Safety Consultant at Safety & Health Consulting Services, Inc.
- Served as an OSHA Compliance Officer with the NC Department of Labor for 5 years
- Started her safety career with the Department of the Navy
- Was appointed by the NC Governor as a Member of the N.C. Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission in 2013 for a 6-year term.
- Elected in 2014 as ASSE Region VI Area Director South
- Safety Professional of the Year 2014/North Carolina Chapter of ASSE
